Fiber AI

Using the Fiber Dashboard

Build audiences, reveal verified contacts, and export to CSV or ad platforms — the full workflow with no code required.

Using the Fiber Dashboard

Everything the API can do is also available in the Fiber dashboard: search 50M+ companies with rich filters, reveal verified emails and phone numbers, and export straight to CSV or your ad platform — no code required. If you prefer code, the same workflows exist as APIs (SDKs), MCP, and AI agents).

What it does

  • Search companies and people with the same filter depth as the API — industry, funding, headcount, geography, job postings, and more.
  • Reveal contact information for the people you select — verified work emails, personal emails, and phone numbers.
  • Export anywhere — standard CSV, or purpose-built formats for LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Track everything — usage, credits, and export history in one place.

Getting around

  • Signing in: log in with the email tied to your Fiber purchase; a 2FA code lands in your inbox. No password to manage.
  • Team access: admins invite members from Organization → Members. Two roles — Member and Admin; only Admins can send invitations. Roles are editable after someone joins.
  • Usage & credits: the Usage page shows credits consumed, company and people rows exported, and a table of your API calls. See Billing & credits for how credits work.

Exclusion lists

Keep existing customers and dead pipeline out of your targeting. Create lists under Exclusions of two kinds:

TypeWhat it excludesHow to add
CompaniesThe company and everyone who works thereName + website or LinkedIn URL, or CSV
PeopleThe person only — their employer stays targetableLinkedIn URL, or CSV

Company CSVs need Company Name, Company Domain, and LinkedIn URL columns; people CSVs need a LinkedIn URL column. Apply exclusions as a filter inside any audience. Full behavior, API operations, and scope rules: Exclusion lists.

Building an audience

An audience is the people you want to reach. Create one under Audiences → New Audience, choosing how to start: Search Companies and People, Search People, Upload Companies, or Upload People.

Company filters

Filter familyWhat you can target
Size, age & statusEmployee count range, founding year, active/inactive
Industry & keywordsFull-text search over company descriptions, plus industry taxonomies — Unified (Fiber's normalized categories), LinkedIn, and Crunchbase classifications
FundingStage (pre-seed → Series G), total raised, named investors, accelerator
RevenueEstimated revenue ranges
NAICS codesStandardized industry codes, searchable by keyword or code
GeographyCountries, regions, and specific localities — include or exclude
Job postingsCompanies hiring for matching titles, seniority, pay, modality, posting status — API: Job search
Previous searchReuse the exact filters from an earlier audience
ExclusionsApply any exclusion list you've built

Tune results with Export CSV, View (show/hide columns), and Copy Filters, then continue to Prospects.

Prospect filters

Narrow to the right people: employment (current / past / ever held), job titles and seniority (include or exclude), experience (years, time in role, time at company), location, and education (school, degree, keywords, years, status). Hit Search to reveal your prospect list, then Submit to save it.

Contact information can only be revealed with an active usage period and enough credits. Once enrichment starts, the audience is locked read-only until it finishes.

Getting emails and phones

Click Get all emails + phones on an audience to run enrichment. Choose what to collect — work emails, personal emails, phone numbers — and optionally cap the number of prospects.

The run re-executes your search live, expands yield beyond the preview results, and validates every email and phone it returns so bounces are rare. When it completes, you get an email summary and the audience unlocks with companies, prospects, and enrichment views ready.

Costs are per contact found and shown before you confirm — see Billing & credits.

Viewing and exporting

Open an audience to switch between Companies and Prospects views. Company rows link to websites, descriptions, job postings, and socials; prospect rows link to LinkedIn with title, company, education, location, and revealed contact info.

Export formats:

ExportFormats available
CompaniesStandard CSV (pick columns), LinkedIn Ads
ProspectsAll prospects, only prospects with contact info, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads

Exports land on the Exports page with row counts and status; download when ready.

Advanced scrapes

Turn external sources into audiences directly:

ScrapeWhat you getNotes
Sales Nav PeoplePeople matching a Sales Navigator search URLFilters convert to Fiber filters
LinkedIn FollowersFollowers of a company pageCapped at ~25,000 prospects
Google MapsLocal businesses by query + region — cities, counties, metros, a radius circle, a drawn rectangle, or the entire USASee Google Maps for strategy detail

For Google Maps, Max locations to find controls spend — every location found with a phone number is chargeable, so set the cap deliberately.

API keys

Generate keys under APICreate new key. The key displays once — copy it somewhere safe immediately. From there, everything programmatic opens up: the API reference, SDKs, MCP servers, and AI agent setup.

Tips

  • Exclusions first. Build customer/pipeline exclusion lists before your first big audience so junk never enters your export.
  • Preview, then enrich. Filters are free to iterate — confirm the audience shape before paying for contact reveals.
  • Cap your scrapes. Use Max prospects / Max locations to keep every run inside your credit budget.
  • Let webhooks carry async work. Enrichments and scrapes notify on completion — see Webhooks.
