Resolving identifiers
Turn the LinkedIn URLs, slugs, IDs, URNs, domains, and company names you already have into clean, canonical records in bulk.
Resolving identifiers
Most data starts messy: a LinkedIn slug here, a Sales Navigator URN there, a company name with no website. We built three tools that turn what you have into clean, canonical identifiers and full records, fast and in bulk:
| You have | You want | Use | Speed |
|---|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn URLs, slugs, IDs, URNs, or domains | Full company or person records | Quick resolve | Instant, up to 100 per call |
| Company LinkedIn slugs, org IDs, or URLs in mixed formats | One standard LinkedIn company URL each | Standardize company | Instant, up to 50 per call |
A LinkedIn entity URN (ACoAA…, ACwAA…) | The person's profile URL | Standardize profile | Instant |
| Company names and addresses, no website | The company's website and email domains | Domain lookup | Background job |
For one messy record with mixed fields (a name plus an email plus a company), use Kitchen Sink instead. The search overview has the short version.
Quick resolve
Send up to 100 identifiers and get full records back in one call, from our index:
- Companies: each as
{ "identifier", "value" }withlinkedinUrl,linkedinSlug,linkedinOrgId, ordomain. - People: each with
linkedinUrl,linkedinSlug,linkedinUserId, orentityUrn.
{
"apiKey": "sk_live_...",
"companies": [
{ "identifier": "domain", "value": "example.com" },
{ "identifier": "linkedinSlug", "value": "example-co" }
]
}It's built for volume: 1,500 requests per minute, up to 100 identifiers
each. Identifiers we can't find come back with found: false and aren't
charged.
Standardize
Standardize turns identifiers from different sources into one consistent form, so you can dedupe and join them:
- Company: a LinkedIn slug, organization ID, or URL becomes the standard LinkedIn company URL, with basic company details. Single, or up to 50 per bulk call. In bulk, identifiers we can't resolve are listed separately and aren't charged.
- Profile: a LinkedIn entity URN (the
ACoAA…/ACwAA…IDs that Sales Navigator and other tools export) becomes the person's profile URL.
Domain lookup
Have company names but no websites? Domain lookup finds a company's website domain and email domains from what you know about it: name, country, state, city, address, a description, or other context. More context means better matches for common names.
It runs in the background: start a job with up to 400 companies, then poll for results. Expect about 150 companies an hour, so a full batch takes a few hours; poll occasionally rather than continuously.
